For CC BY material, use: “GShips Project by Dammon Burden, https://gships.dammonburden.com, licensed CC BY 4.0.” Link the license and indicate modifications. Citation of CC0 data and its release identifier is requested for provenance and reproducibility, but is not a legal condition.

What is excluded

Third-party works, quotations, abstracts, screenshots, logos, trademarks, names, and linked materials are not relicensed unless an individual record expressly says otherwise. Links do not grant reuse rights. Private founder materials, review evidence, submissions, credentials, and operational records remain all rights reserved unless individually marked.

No license grants trademark, publicity, privacy, endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership rights. Patent permissions extend only as stated in Apache-2.0. Indexed organizations remain ecosystem organizations or potential partners, not GShips partners.

Concept-art boundary

CC BY 4.0 is active for the public alpha, only to the extent the rights holder owns Copyright and Similar Rights. No representation is made that every AI-assisted element is copyrightable.

Dual-use boundary

The civil-and-defensive boundary governs what GShips develops, accepts, funds, and promotes. It does not alter the standard licenses or impose a downstream field-of-use restriction.
