Reading requires no account. Cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page and performance events through Cloudflare's automatically injected beacon and same-origin collection endpoint; advertising profiles, session replay, account identifiers, and other analytics providers are excluded. Forms collect only displayed fields. A keyed, short-window rate bucket is derived from the request address, form scope, time window, and a secret; raw addresses are not stored in the rate table. A daily scheduled task removes submissions older than 90 days and expired rate buckets. Monthly operational verification is still required, and provider recovery windows may outlast logical deletion.
